• A variable number of items (85–150) within a 5-hour time limit, depending on your performance
• Organized around four major Client Needs categories: Safe and Effective Care Environment, Health Promotion and Maintenance, Psychosocial Integrity, and Physiological Integrity
• The real NCLEX uses a logit-based pass/fail standard, not a fixed percentage — the app's mock exams are a fixed 150-item practice simulation (the exam's own maximum length) with a raw score to track improvement, not an official pass/fail predictor
• Exact item counts, timing, and passing standard are set by NCSBN — always confirm against the current official NCLEX-RN/PN test plan

• Graduation from an approved/accredited nursing program
• Application and approval from the State Board of Nursing you're applying through
• An Authorization to Test (ATT) issued after your application is approved
