1. Under-preparing the general section
Nursing candidates often over-focus on clinical subjects and treat General Awareness and Reasoning as an afterthought — but that section carries real weight in your overall score.
2. Not practicing with CBT-style timing
Reading notes doesn't prepare you for the pace of a timed computer-based test. Practicing under timed conditions before exam day matters more than most candidates realize.
3–5: Other frequent gaps
- Spending too much time on subjects you already know well instead of your weak areas
- Skipping previous-year-style questions, which are the best gauge of real difficulty
- Leaving registration and eligibility document checks until close to the deadline
